An Owosso man is dead after being thrown from his all terrain vehicle. The Shiawassee County Sheriff's Department says 35 year old Kevin James Wiley was driving his ATV in a field near State and Juddville Road just after midnight. Deputies say he hit a large drainage ditch nearby and was thrown. He later died at the hospital. Wiley was not wearing a helmet. The accident remains under investigation.
