Another of Michigans most wanted sex offenders is now off the streets and behind bars. 39-year-old Ontario Taylor surrendered to the state police in Kalamazoo after authorities discovered he was living in Rockwood, Tennessee. Taylor was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree in 1999 and was put on the most wanted list after failing to change and verify his address.
