You’ve heard the horror stories. Maybe you’ve even experienced them. But traveling with your teen doesn’t have to resemble the “Dysfunctional Families” chapter of a psychiatrist’s textbook. In fact, it can be a truly rewarding experience for everyone involved.

All “warm and fuzziness” aside, traveling helps strengthen your relationship with your teen. It helps develop their leadership skills, their identity, their independence and their perspective on the world.
