Deanna Falzone joined 6 News in June 2011 as a Video Journalist. She graduated Cum Laude from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts and a minor in Communications.
During her time as an Undergraduate she worked at the University's station News Central 34 where she won a Michigan Association of Broadcasters award for a show she produced. She also spent time interning at WDIV Channel 4 in Detroit and WEIU-TV in Charleston, IL. She worked several positions at each station, but her real passion is in reporting.
Deanna loves to spend time with family and friends and says some of the most beautiful places to visit are right here in Michigan! Even though from Detroit, she is excited to be a part of the 6 News Team and work in the state capital!
