Mexican rice

Total Time: 10 minutes

2 cups chicken broth
2 cups minute rice
1/4 to 1/2 cup salsa

  1. Bring chicken broth and salsa to a boil.
  2. Add rice and stir.
  3. Cover and remove from heat until broth is gone.
  4. Fluff with fork.
  5. Serve with your favorite Mexican foods.
