Michigan Picked For Pilot Program To Improve Rental Industry


A big announcement in Mount Pleasant Thursday morning as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development says Michigan has been selected to launch the nation's first pilot program to improve the rental industry.

It's all about making rental housing more affordable by reducing the regulatory burdens on those who offer affordable housing.
