Officials say the human remains found Friday evening have been positively identified through dental records as 33 year old Heather Cousino of Albion who has been missing for over a year. The Office of the Sheriff said they don't have any more information at this time on the cause of death. Stay with 6 News for more on this story as details become available.

Officials in Calhoun County could be on the verge of solving a cold case Friday night.
They've found human remains near the city of Albion and think it might be a woman who's been missing for over a year.
33-year-old Heather Cousino went missing last December and Friday night volunteers and officials found the human remains near her home.
A group called the "Missing You" Foundation called officials after finding the body, but investigators say it may be too early to tell if it is Cousino.
Investigators say they will need to use DNA testing or dental records to positively identify the body.
