Posted: Updated: Jan 9, 2012 07:08 PM EST

Lansing Police have arrested a person possibly involved in a missing child case.

Police say they found a 13-year-old boy Monday afternoon at a home near his family's home.

The boy was last seen December 12 riding his bike, and he had been away from his family since December 8. He left his home to go to Pattengill Middle School that day but he never arrived.

The boy's family thought he may have runaway and they became concerned over the holidays when he didn't come home.

The person police arrested in the case is charged with harboring a runaway and is believed to be a neighbor.

The suspect is scheduled to be arraigned sometime this week.
