Crimes Stoppers Case 1: Police Search for Alleged Car Thieves
On January 25 around 5:00 pm, 2 men came to a car dealership to look at cars. They reportedly wanted to look at 3 vehicles that are now missing.
They allegedly wanted to look at 3 vehicles that are now missing and asked to see the inside of them. Surveillance videos of the parking lot at the dealership show the theft in progress.
Around 11:13 p.m., 3 suspects were dropped off and walked from an adjacent parking lot down the road to the dealership. The 3 suspects then walked across the used car lot where they entered the 3 vehicles in question.
The men immediately started the vehicles and exited the lot. The suspects were dropped off in a Dodge Magnum and exited in a silver 2011 Chevrolet Suburban, a black 2011 Cadillac Escalade, and a black 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche. Alfred Otis-James Tate is a 48-years-old black male, he's 5'09", 175 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has a felony warrants for obstructing police and violating his probation out of Lansing, Michigan.
