Jackson Judge Faces 4 Felony Charges

Posted: Updated:

A former Jackson County judge will soon find himself on the wrong side of the bench.

According to our media partners at the Jackson Citizen Patriot, James Justin faces 4 felonies for allegedly dismissing tickets against his wife and other court employees.

The ticket fixing was one reason the district judge was removed from office the other week by the Michigan Supreme Court.

Justin has not been arrested, but if he's convicted, he could face up to five years in prison.
