A man shot Monday on Lansing's south side has died. Police are still looking for the suspects.
It all started around 2:30 Monday when Lansing Police say they responded to a call reporting gun shots in the 4300 block of Glenburne drive in Lansing.
Police say the victim, 20-year-old Frank Cunningham, died early Tuesday morning.
When police arrived at the scene they found Cunningham lying in the driveway of the house. Family members told 6 News he was visiting a friend at the house.
Lansing police say neighbors should not be concerned. They believe it's an isolated incident.
"We don't think this is some random, drive by shooting, it does look like the victim possibly knew the accused subjects," said Sgt. Eric Painter, LPD.
Police say they are looking for a gold or tan colored car, possibly a Chevy Malibu or an Oldsmobile Cutlass seen leaving the scene. They say two hubcaps are missing on the passengers side.
At the time of the shooting, police say the cars had two black males inside.
If you have any information on the shooting call Crime Stoppers at 483-STOP or Lansing Police.
