A refinery fire in the state of Washington is causing prices to rise all across the country.
According to the Senior Petroleum Analyst at gasbuddy.com, prices could jump 5-20 cents per gallon over the next few days... and could go up 30-45 cents per gallon here in the Great Lakes Region.
