Man Accused of Killing and Torturing Several Dogs is Back in Court

Posted:

The Michigan State University medical student accused of killing and torturing several dogs was back in court on Wednesday.

Andrew Thompson's attorney filed a motion to have his electronic tether removed, but the Ingham County Circuit Judge Paula Manderfield denied the request, because Thompson is an out of state resident.

No trial date has been set yet, but Judge Mandefield told the council today she would like to see it on the next docket.
