The city of Perry, Michigan is offering someone a free house.
But there's a catch: you have to move it.
The house at 125 W. Polly is a two-story, single family home.
If you're interested in the house, you must have proof of insurance and a refundable $5,000 deposit. You'll get the deposit back after the final inspection of the removal.
If more than one person is interested, the city will give priority to whoever gets the deposit in first.
