Thursday evening, the second of two public meetings on the City of East Lansing's budget will be held at the Hannah Community Center.
City Manager George Lahanas says he wants to bring the public together to share the recently adopted 2012-2013 budget and to talk about challenges ahead.
The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. at the Hannah Community Center on Abbot Road in East Lansing.
