A growing problem in the area is grass fires. Another one burned a few of acres in Holt Friday afternoon.
The neighborhood is on Gunn Road near Holt Road and Eifert.
Firefighters were able to put it out quickly with no damage to the nearby home.
The cause is still under investigation, but crews say they've responded to numerous small grass fires easily igniting in part to the dry grass.
