The 15-year-old girl who reportedly went missing almost two weeks ago was formly charged on Tuesday.
An Ingham County Prosecutor charged Marissa Bolles with one count of extortion, a 20-year felony; misuse of a telephone, a 6 month misdemeanor; and runaway.
Bolles reportedly went missing and an abduction investigation with the Ingham County Sheriff, Michigan State Police and FBI was launched. Police also received a phone call for a $5,000 ransom.
Bolles was found unharmed on July 12. Police say she was a runaway and voluntarily staying with two adults.
Those two adults were also charged. Eraclio Martinez Jr. was charged with one count of extortion, harboring a runaway and one count of misuse of a telephone. Tony Ruiz was charged with one count of harboring a runaway. Both were arraigned at the 55th District Court in Mason.
Bond was set at $75,000 for Martinez and $50,000 for Ruiz. Both are being held in the Ingham County Jail.
Juvenile Court is still pending for Bolles.
