At St. Johns high school, where a beautiful new home of the Red Wings hosted it's first game against Corunna.
First quarter, bad start for the Red Wings in their new stadium. Corunna quarterback Grant Renwick deep in St. Johns territory, into the endzone for a touchdown and the Cavaliers made the two-point conversion for an 8-to-nothing lead.
The Red Wings came back and won a close one, 19-15 Red Wings to inaugurate their new stadium.
The Red Wings are 2-and-0.
