An Ionia County father, charged with killing his son is scheduled for court today.
In March, Police say Everette and his twin brother Keegan were taken to Sparrow Hospital where Everette died the next day.
Earlier this month, their father, Keith Thibeault, was formally charged with murder and first degree child abuse.
Court documents show Everette had a broken rib, brain injury and internal bleeding.
Some of the injuries were months old.
Police say Keegan also had injuries, however authorities have not said if Thibeault will face charges for that as well.
