Lawmaker Pushes for Option to Opt Out of Automated Calls

Representative Eileen Kowall of White Lake introduced legislation that would allow voters to opt out of getting automated phone calls, frequently used to promote a political issue or candidate.

Kowall says voters are being "bombarded" by the robocalls which have "gotten to the point, they're beyond ridiculous."
