2 Cleaning Service Members Arraigned for Cooking Meth

Two members of a janitorial service have been arraigned after they were caught cooking meth in a business they clean Thursday.

32-year-old Eric Edward Welch from lansing was charged with a felony of one count of operating/maintaining a laboratory involving meth as a habitual offender. His bond was set at $35,000.

31-year-old Amanda Marie Wagner from Lansing was charged with one count of operating/maintaining laboratory involving meth. Her bond was set at $7,500.@

Both Welch and Wagner are scheduled in 54-A District court in front of Judge Alderson for a pre-exam on Tuesday, October 2.

Ingham County Public Health Officials shut down the office space for see if any of the meth chemicals were lingering in the air or on furniture in the office. All other offices within the building were ruled safe.
