GM Recalls Over 500,000 Vehicles

Posted:

Almost 500,000 cars are being re-called after General Motors says a transmission problem can cause the cars to roll away unexpectedly.

The recall affects 2007 through 2010 Chevrolet Malibus, Pontiac G6, and Saturn Auras made in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. All of the re-called vehicles have four speed automatic transmissions.

GM will send a letter to all affected car owners letting them know when to set up an appointment with a local dealer.
