Joe Khalil was hired in September 2012 as a Video Journalist/ Reporter at WLNS. Joe is a Lebanese-American journalist, hailing from the Metro-Detroit area, and a Michigan State Spartan for life. While at MSU Joe studied Journalism, International Relations and French.
Joe loves being a part of the Lansing community, and having the opportunity to cover news in our state capital. Joe is a big family-oriented person, and his favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with them. He's got a wide variety of interests, from watching old movies to following politics to sports –and he roots especially hard for all four major Detroit teams, and for Sparty of course.
