Racecar Driver Honored at Owosso International Speedway

Racecar driver George Harris will be honored this weekend at the Owosso International Speedway.

Harris, who was mentally challenged, won the annual Hot Dog race for the past 20 years. Last year, Harris was hit by a car while riding his moped and died four months later.

There's a special race planned on Sunday in his memory. Proceeds from the event will go towards the Shiawassee County Special Olympics.
