LPD Investigates Suspicious Death

Lansing police are investigating what they're calling a suspicious death.

Officers say a woman walking her dog and found a man lying on the ground just after 8:30 Saturday morning on the 5000 block of MLK.

Police responded and pronounced the man dead.

Investigators haven't released many details, but do say the man was between 30 and 40 years old and at this point, aren't sure how long he'd been there.

If you have any information about who the man may be, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers at 517-483-STOP.
