Fire crews in Eaton County are working to find the cause of an overnight house fire.
It started just before 3:30 this morning on Burke Highway in Dimondale.
The Assistant Fire Chief with Windsor Township Fire Department says the homeowner and his 2 cats were inside when the fire started.
Fire officials say his fire alarms went off, he grabbed his animals and made it outside safely, then called for help.
It took crews about an hour to get the fire under control, but they are still on the scene putting out hot-spots.
There's no word yet on how the fire started.
