Lansing Catholic 41-Portland 32

Both John Novara and Jim Ahern anxious and locked in for this battle to see who is top dog in the CAAC White division.

To the first, Lansing Catholic already leading 14 to nothing when Sam Goodman gets the handoff for Portland and goes for a long touchdown run.  Now makes it 14 to 6, Catholic still on top.

Second quarter, Jack Swain receives this handoff for a long touchdown run of his own.  He had 205 rushing yards on just 12 carries, and 4 touchdowns today!  That run extends Lansing Catholic's lead, 28 to 6.

Third quarter, Portland trying to fight back, Tanner Allison passes to Auston Brandt for touchdown.  Portland inches closer 35 to 26.

Lansing Catholic goes on to win, 41 to 32 over Portland.  The team captures the CAAC White title, Lansing Catholic's third straight championship.
