East Lansing 38-Okemos 9

Still in the Blue, East Lansing needing a win tonight at Okemos to assure itself a spot in next week's playoffs.

Third quarter, East Lansing up 24 to 0 and Trojan Q-B Jake Pendred sends the football right into the hands of Javon Haines to put East Lansing up 31 to zip.

In the fourth, Okemos finds some luck on the hand-off as Kome Johnson sees the end zone and is so excited he flips into it, literally, to finally put the Chieftains on the scoreboard.

East Lansing would go on to sweep Okemos 38 to 9, advancing to the first round of the playoffs.
