The concept of Meetrip, “Travel with Local People”, has gained strong support from travel lovers. Now it covers major Asian cities.

Duckdive Inc. launched Meetrip ( http://meetrip.to/ ) in 10 major cities of Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, and Vietnam on November 8th (Thursday), 9AM (Singapore Time).

Meetrip started on September 18th, 2012 in Tokyo and Taipei. Since then, its concept, “Travel with Local People,” has gained strong support from travel lovers in social media. It has only been less than two months since Meetrip was launched, but Duckdive Inc. has decided to move forward by expanding to 10 more cities because of the users’ requests of “I want to use Meetrip all across Asia!”

Meetrip is on its way to becoming the global service that travelers can use anywhere in the world. This expansion to 10 cities is the test case for the next step, expansion to over 1,000 cities.
