Police Search for Corner Store Robber


Police are searching for the man who robbed the Corner's Party Store in Jackson.

They say it happened Sunday around 8p.m. on the 500 block of W. Ganson Street. The supsect entered the store, showed a handgun and took off with some money. Jackson Police and a K9 unit tried to track the man, but he was not located.

Employees described the suspect as a black male, around 5'5" and 180 pounds wearing a red hoodie, black mask, black gloves and white tennis shoes.
