Explosion Sets Two Homes on Fire in Lenawee Co.


An explosion is believed to have started a fire that damaged at least two homes in Lenawee County.

Neighbors heard the blast around 8:30 Thursday night.

According to our CBS affiliate in Toledo, the fire started in the Devil's Lake area about 20 miles South of Jackson.

Neighbors say two homes are definitely involved and believe a propane tank or national gas line exploded, causing the fire.

Multiple crews were on the scene for several hours battling the flames.

So far, there haven't been any reports of injuries.
