Lansing Police have identified the woman who was killed and whose body was found in the Red Cedar River over the weekend.

Her name is Schnee Hyon Sin, and she's a 22-year-old woman from Swartz Creek.

Police say someone shot her and that they consider her death a homicide.

Her body was the second found in the river in two days.

They discovered her body and Saturday and a 17-year-old boy on Friday. That death was not considered suspicious.
