Police Make Arrest In Recent Murder


Lansing Police have arrested someone for a homicide after the victim's body turned up in the Red Cedar River.

A dive team recovered the body of Schnee Hyon Sin on Saturday, December 8th, near Crego Park.

Investigators say she died from a gunshot wound and called the case a homicide.

Now Lansing police say they've picked up a 19-year-old Flint man for the crime.

He'll be arraigned on Wednesday afternoon, then police will release his name.

Sin's body was one of two found in just two days.

The body of a 17-year-old was pulled from the Red Cedar the day before. Police later said he drowned.
