Protesters Attempt to Send Message

Protesters from the group, The Action, took turns Thursday outside of Representative Tim Walberg's Jackson Office.

Their message was to "strike a deal in Congress and avoid the fiscal cliff," and also to stop taxes from increasing on middle-class Americans.

The protesters were there for 12 hours to send Walberg a message.

According to the Tax Policy Center, Falling off the fiscal cliff means taxes will increase an average of two thousand dollars for middle-class Americans.
