Right to Work Protesters Court Date Postponed

The eight people arrested during the Right to Work protest at the capitol last month were supposed to be back in court Thursday, but the date was postponed until January 24th.

They're accused of charging at state police just outside of the senate chambers.

The six men and two women, all from the Detroit area, each face a felony charge of resisting and obstructing police.

If convicted, they could face up to two years in prison and/or a $2,000 fine.
