Michigan State junior tight end Dion Sims has joined teammate and running back Le'Veon Bell in deciding to leave school early to enter the NFL draft this spring.
Sims tweeted Thursday, "I want to thank Spartan Nation 4 best years of my life. I'll always be Green & White."
Confirming rumors over his Twitter Thursday afternoon, Bell also tweeted, "As hard as it was to leave spartan nation, it was even harder to pass on such a great opportunity I have in front of me!"
Bell leaves early out of his senior season to enter the draft.
In addition to Sims and Bell, it is believed Junior Defensive End William Gholston will also soon decide to leave school early and enter the NFL draft, leaving MSU without three prominent juniors who otherwise would have returned to MSU next season.
