Police ID Man Killed in Weekend Shoot-Out


Officials have identified the man killed in a shoot-out with police in Ionia County.

The man is 55-year-old Bernard Rowley.

Officials say Rowley is from Sidney, Michigan--about 20 miles northeast of where the shooting took place in Belding.

It started after the suspect opened fire in the Belding Police Department parking lot early Saturday morning.
