Parking Lot Argument Leads Shooting In Lansing


LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – A 25-year-old man is recovering in an area hospital after police say he was shot in the mid-section after an argument.

This happened shortly after 9:30 p.m. in the 500 block of E. Edgewood.

Police say when they arrived at the scene, they found the victim lying in the parking lot. They say the victim and the alleged shooter were arguing prior to the shooting.

The suspect was found shortly after the shooting in an apartment in the 400 block of E. Edgewood. The 22-year-old has been charged.
