Real Estate Across State Sees Boost


A new report from Coldwell Banker Hubbell Briarwood Realty shows home sales jumped nearly 24 percent last year in Lansing.

The average price went up about $3,000.

Most of the activity happened during the last quarter of the year on Lansing's northwest side in DeWitt and Charlotte.

Residential sales in Jackson were up almost 13 percent in 2012 after hitting the bottom in 2007. The average home price jumped more than any other area of the state 15.5 percent.
