Declining graduation rates and increasing student loan debts are topics of concern in Washington.
A new report from a group called Shared Hope International ranks Michigan as the fifth worst in the nation when it comes to dealing with human trafficking.
It criticizes Michigan for not taking more steps to protect minors. It also says the state isn't doing enough to prosecute those who who use prostitutes.
The report gives Michigan an overall grade of an "F" in the fight against human trafficking.
