The State Department of Community Health is rolling out a new campaign to fight obesity Wednesday.
The campaign is called "MI Healthier Tomorrow" and encourages people to pledge to lose 10 percent of their body weight. Health officials say that 10 percent is a reasonable goal that can significantly improve physical and mental health.
Currently, Michigan is the fifth heaviest state in the nation.
