ESL Employer has announced that it is changing its website policies in order to cater to young travelers looking to explore the world, at the same time, earn money when abroad.

ESL Employer has announced that it is changing its policies in order to cater to young travelers looking to explore the world, at the same time, earn money when abroad. ESL Employer has traditionally been a ESL jobs site catered to full time and contracted employees. The move comes as an increased number of English speakers are traveling abroad for longer periods of time and are looking for temporary jobs to sustain their travels.

Learning English has become a booming industry abroad and the demand for native speaking English teachers is ever growing. According to Omar Taha, Managing Director of ESL Employer, "by 2020 there is expected to be over 350 million English learners in China, more than the current population of the United States." English teaching jobs, are increasing at a rapid rate and it is not uncommon to find institutions in China, Vietnam, and Brazil taking temporary teachers.

Not only do the students benefits from the arrival of these temporary ESL teachers, but the travelers also benefit themselves. By staying extended periods of time abroad, these young adults are able to immerse themselves in the local culture and gain cultural understandings. Teaching English abroad opens a whole new world of experiences for many young adults.
