Fire Alarm Alerts Restaurant Owners of Flood

Posted:

HASLETT, Mich. (WLNS) - A fire alarm alerted the owners of the Blue Gill Grill restaurant in Haslett to a flood.

The owners said they were told their building was on fire around 5:30a.m. Friday, but found that a broken valve had instead caused about three inches of water on the ground.

The health department was notified and the water was cleaned up. The restaurant will open and serve meals as usual.
