Teen Girl Wounded In Lansing Shooting


LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) -- Police confirm that a 16-year-old girl was shot in the back Saturday night in Lansing shortly before 10 p.m.

Shortly after the shooting, officials blocked off roads on MLK between Oakland and Daleford streets as they searched for evidence and a suspect.

Circumstances surrounding the shooting are unclear. Officials say a suspect is still at large.

The condition of the injured teen is unknown at the moment.
