LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - The Super Bowl produced some exciting moments and one former star produced his own exciting moments--Andre Rison.
Rison's high school career began in Flint nearly 30 years ago, eventually making his way to Michigan State. He played professionally for the Indianapolis Colts, Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars, Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs, Oakland Raiders and the Canadian Football League's Toronto Argonauts.
His career and his life since those days in the early 80's have been dotted with trials and tribulations, but Andre Rison is a survivor. He rose. He fell. And now, he's on the way back.
Rison has been back around MSU recently pursuing the degree he never got. He says he is 22 credits shy and he also has plans to expand his academy to the Lansing area soon at the Summit Facility in Diamond ale.
