ISABELLA COUNTY, Mich. (WLNS) -- The search is on tonight for a missing teen who officials say suffers from several mental disorders.

Officials in Isabella County are looking for 19-year-old Juan Romero III.

Officials say he went missing late last night after assaulting a worker at the group home where he lives in Shepherd. That's just south of Mount Pleasant.

Romero is Native American, 5'11" and 280 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, dark gray zip-up sweat-shirt, and black sweatpants.

Officials say he hasn't taken his medication since Friday morning and isn't able to take care of himself.
