IONIA COUNTY, Mich. (WLNS) -- A deadly two-car accident is under investigation tonight in Ionia County.
It happened just after midnight on eastbound I-96 near Kent Street.
Officials say a 57-year-old man from Portland lost control of his truck before it flipped it over.
Then another car slammed into its side.
That car was carrying two people.
Officials say the Portland man was pronounced dead on the scene.
The two people in the car that hit him are at Sparrow Hospital tonight. One is listed in critical condition.
