Officials say Juan Romero III, 19, suffers from several mental disorders, hasn't taken his medication since Friday morning and isn't able to take care of himself.

Officials say he went missing after assaulting a worker at the group home where he lives in Shepherd--just south of Mount Pleasant.

Romero is described as Native American, 5'11" and 280 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, dark gray zip-up sweat-shirt, and black sweatpants.

If you have any information about where Romero may be, call 989-773-1000.
