Police ID Man Accused of Smashing Car Windows


JACKSON, Mich. (WLNS) - Cody Lehman, 22, has been identified as the man accused of smashing out car windows with a baseball bat in Jackson County.

Police say Lehman broke into cars so he could steal stuff. They pulled the 22-year-old Summit Township man over early Tuesday morning. They say he was drunk and had stolen property in his car.

He now formally faces charges of drunk driving and larceny from motor vehicles.
