LOS ANGELES, May 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cathay General Bancorp (NASDAQ: CATY) announced today that on May 16, 2013, its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of one cent per common share payable on June 13, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 3, 2013.
